**     INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS for BarCLock                 **

Please follow these steps for quick installation:

1) Copy BARCLOCK.EXE to any drive and directory accessible by
   Windows.

2) Copy VBRUN300.DLL to C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM. NOTE: Do Not overlay this
   file if a later version exists (i.e., always use the latest
   version of this file).

3) Either add BARCLOCK.EXE to the LOAD section of your WIN.INI file, 
   or add BARCLOCK.EXE to your Start Up window and restart Windows.
   Or, RUN BARCLOCK.EXE from Program Manager File / Run.

If you need a copy of VBRUN300.DLL, you can download this file from
Compuserve.
